Last week I got a call from my friend Jeff and asked me if I knew anyone interested in a pair of beat up Air Jordan 1 OGs. I was like, what? Are you telling me you have a pair of Air Jordan 1s from 1985? He did. I had to look at them up close for 1) to check if they’re legit, 2) see if they’re from 1985 and 3)I just wanted to see a pair that started all of this. So we met late last week and saw this. Yes, they are pretty beat up, but looks like they can still be rocked here and there. Remember, these 1s were worn by a lot of skateboarders from back in the day because of how they fit, felt, and sturdy they were.
