Release Reminder: Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 SE ‘Red Orbit’

Posted on Jul 10, 2019 in Jordan Brand

Where is Russell Westbrook headed?

Is he changing zip codes this Summer or next? Will OKC add another star this season to help Russ out? So many questions are circling around the Thunder superstar and we’re all waiting for the next big thing to happen this offseason. While we’re waiting for Russ and OKC to decide, Jordan Brand stripped down the Why Not Zer0.2 to create an even lighter, lower, and faster take on the 0.2 specifically made for summer basketball.

The Why Not Zer0.2 SE features a deconstructed upper, as they removed the outer layer which exposes the foam on certain areas. This led to a lighter shoe, reduction in weight and better foot security. The SE still features Zoom Air for responsive cushioning while keeping it breathable with the open-holed mesh. Just like the ZNZ.2, the shoe has inside out tags and branding throughout.

Russ unveiled the ‘City Tour’ colorway in Paris a couple of weeks back and tomorrow, we’re getting the ‘Red Orbit’ colorway. The bright red uppers are contrasted by the black hits on the collar, tongue, and toe box. The exposed powder blue foam creates a great accent to the overall look of the shoe.

The Jordan Why Not Zer0.2 SE ‘Red Orbit’ releases tomorrow, July 11, at Titan, Capital, Nike Forum and Nike Park. The shoe retails for Php 6,745 and will also come in GS sizes (Php 3,995).
