Aside from the Florida Gators, no other athlete is synonymous to Gatorade than Michael Jordan. The sports drink recognized greatness early on and tapped His Airness for their iconic “Be Like Mike” campaign back in 1991. With a catchy jingle and an athlete that’s larger than life, the campaign struck the personal aspirations of every viewer and in turn, inspired everyone to pursue their own greatness, ofcourse fueled by Gatorade.

It’s been 26 years since that campaign and Gatorade and Jordan Brand has come together to celebrate what “Be Like Mike” has come to represent today. What was originally meant as a challenge to be like the greatest of all time now means being your greatest at all times. The “Like Mike” pack comes in the form of the Air Jordan 6 Retro and the Air Jordan 32 Low, both done in Gatorade’s classic orange and green color make up. The 6 may look like the Carmine 6s in terms of color blocking, but accentuated further with the squeeze bottle-inspired lace locks, Gatorade-esque sockliners and “If I Could Be” embroidered on the inside tongue.

For the Air Jordan XXXII Low ‘Like Mike’, the shoe comes in a white Flyknit upper complemented by  the squeeze bottle lace locks, Gatorade color blocking and added details found on the sockliner and outsole. “Be Like Mike” is embroidered on the inside tongue for the Air Jordan XXXII Low.

The Jordan x Gatorade “Like Mike” collection will be available this Saturday, December 16 at Titan. Make your way to the Titan Love Court today and experience the Gatorade Recovery Lounge. You can also sign up to be part of the Gatorade Open Runs featuring UAAP stars and Gatorade athletes Ricci Rivero and Thirdy Ravena.
