The Air Jordan 1 CO.JPs finally make it to our shores this September

Posted on Sep 21, 2020 in Jordan Brand

Roughly 20 years ago, Nike’s CO.JP group released this Air Jordan I with a Metallic Silver finish exclusively for Japan. The special colorway had a limited run of 2,001 pairs. This weekend, Jordan Brand looks back at that special release for 2020.

The Neutral Grey/Metallic Silver 1 comes complete with CO.JP sockliners, a silver Jumpman hangtag as well as a special tag stitched on the back of the tongue chronicling the special re-release from 2001. While our friends from Japan get the silver suitcase to go with these AJ1s (2,020 pairs to be exact), we’ll get access to the pairs nonetheless.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP retails for Php 8,295 and will release this Saturday, August 1, via nike.com/ph. The shoe also comes in Big Kids’ sizes going for Php 5,595. Do expect local retailers such as Titan and Nike Park to eventually get these pairs in the near future.

*UPDATE*

As our brands and retailers continue to normalize with their shipments and deliveries, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG CO.JP finally has a release date in the PH. Titan just announced the release via their On-Demand Raffle. You have until 1pm today (September 21) to send in your entry. Winners will be notified later today. The shoe is expected to drop on Wednesday, September 23 also in GS sizing.
