Jordan creates a ‘Rookie of the Year’ Legacy 312 as a lead up this November
Every year, we get a bunch of new silhouettes from our favorite brands. Some stick, some don’t, but they all wish and hope to have the same staying power of their retro line. This past year, Jordan Brand introduced their latest retro hybrid with Don C, the Jordan Legacy 312. It’s been one of our favorite new pairs this 2018 and we’ve been waiting for the right colorway to come around. Today, Jordan Brand brings out a colorway tied to His Airness’ history. The Jordan Legacy 312 ‘Rookie of the Year’ drops today.
Back in 1985, MJ won Rookie of the Year for a stellar first year campaign with the Chicago Bulls. As he accepted the accolade, MJ wore this brown shirt that has served as inspiration both to the upcoming Air Jordan 1 and this Jordan Legacy 312. The same brown shade is found on the toe, heel and ankle flaps of the Legacy 312. A darker shade of brown can be seen on the Swoosh and midsole, while red hits on the strap and heel provide the contrast.
The Air Jordan Legacy 312 ‘Rookie of the Year’ drops today at Titan (Fort, Vertis, Alabang, Conrad, Shangri-la, titan22.com). The shoe retails for Php 7,295.
