Jordan brings back the Air Jordan 13 in time for He Got Game’s 20th Anniversary

It’s been twenty years since we saw a young Ray Allen play Jesus Shuttlesworth in He Got Game. Spike Lee’s film was a great movie back in ’98 and will go down as one of the best basketball films ever made. As it is a basketball movie, we definitely have to talk about the shoes. Ray Allen wore two pairs — the Air Foamposite Pro and the Air Max Uptempo 2. Denzel Washington aka Jake Shuttlesworth was the one who actually wore the Air Jordan 13s. In celebration of the film’s 20th anniversary, Jordan Brand brings back the original White/True Red-Black silhouette this weekend. The shoe is back in its original form, done in tumbled leather uppers and the Jumpman hologram at the heel.

The Air Jordan 13 Retro ‘White/True Red-Black’ drops this Saturday, August 25 and will retail for Php 9,445. Titan is offering the shoe via their RSVP program today while Capital and the Athlete’s Foot will be releasing the shoe with their respective mechanics.
