Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG ‘Obsidian’

While most of us took an L with the Satin Black Toe Js, Jordan Brand continues to release straight up winners with the Air Jordan 1. Over the last 4 years, JB has run through the entire color palette and continues to bring out solid colorways for the One that started it all. This weekend, Jordan pays homage to his alma mater, this time with an Obsidian/University Blue variant of the Retro Highs. While we have seen various ‘UNC’ colorways before, this definitely gives us more dimension and detail to Tar Heel lore.

Jordan Brand actually released a women’s-exclusive patent leather variant during All-Star Weekend, but this might fit the palette of a bigger audience, with its premium leathers and Retro build similar to the remastered Retros of late.
