KICK BREAK: KRISPY KREME ATC NOW OPEN

Don’t you just love doughnuts? I do. When Krispy Kreme opened up shop in the Philippines six years ago, I was just ecstatic (no need to spend $1500 and 13 hours for a box of 12 glazed ones) and elated a favorite’s now available whenever a craving kicked in. 23 stores in and millions of donuts served, Krispy Kreme opens their 24th store in the country at the ATC’s newly renovated Corte de las Palmas (same section where you’ll find Jamba Juice and PF Chang’s among other establishments) to kick of their 75th year in the industry.

Aside from the newly opened store, this Krispy Kreme installation also houses the first-ever Baked Creations Theater. Similar to their Doughnut factory/theater, the Baked Creations Theater lets people see how Krispy Kreme creates their sweet and savory works of art. From Kruffins to Pull Aparts, patrons get to see that the brand definitely doesn’t scrimp on ingredients and puts in the work for each and every muffin from the oven all the way to your plate.

Not content with your Original Glazed doughnut? Actually, everyone can create their own doughnut (depends if you’re there at an off peak hour and workflow permitting), with various fillings, frosting, and toppings to choose from. If you’re not doing anything this weekend, drop on by Krispy Kreme ATC anytime from 7am to 11pm to satisfy your doughnut needs.
