I’m sure you remember the Metro Attitude from back in the day. Adidas did a good job on revamping the shoe for the modern court. I’m still on the fence with ankle brace on them, though. The Attitude MC is now available at Titan and is definitely bringin’ the beat back with this release.

I was at Trinoma last weekend and saw a couple of Js you heads might be interested in. The Jordan Rare Air and Flight 9 (olympic) are now available at most Stadiums, Parks and JB retailers around town.  For fans of the brand, these are ok, just enough to keep you through the early ber months before you pick up your FTL 6s, Flint XIIIs or even the Cool Grey XIs. The Rare Air is another one of those hybrid Js. I’m not too fond of it but if you want to rep Jordan, then go ahead. I personally don’t like the work they did on this pair as it seems rushed and the paint job’s poor. Oh, and let’s not even bother with the stitching on the heel tab. This is one original pair that definitely looks fake (well, at least the word AIR looks fake). But again, to each his own. I got on someone’s case for the Jordan Fusions. Well, to each his own, but those wi’ll never be on my feet. Ever.

As for the Flight 9s, these aren’t so bad but because of the Olympic cw-influence on them (including MJ’s no.9 for the Olympics on the lace loop), or how they used the olympic colors, these got a bad review on most sneaker sites. They actually don’t look as great though I did see a cw online that might be worth my money.Anyways, they’re now available. Enjoy!

Good friends in the community know this; and I do remember talking about it before here on the site about my indifference and to a certain extent my dislike to Vans. I guess it just felt ghetto before. I felt like the stuff brought in here before wasn’t of  top quality. But that all changed over the past year. I picked up the Half Cab, I saw the releases for Vault and Syndicate, and everything changed. I do applaud Wendell and the rest of the Vans crew for bringin’ the real to the Philippines.

I decided to check out the Vans Concept Store over at Robinson’s Galleria and liked what I saw. From special edition Tees (Crooks & Castles collab, Donny Miller, etc), sick kicks and nicely designed caps and bags, Vans is definitely making a mark on the local scene. I picked up a pair on the way out (which I’ll feature tomorrow) and just wanna thank the whole Vans team for making me change my mind on the product.

So check the store out, or check out the OTW stuff at Trilogy (sorry I couldn’t make it out last Saturday guys!) or the Vault goods over at Greyone, and this Saturday, Vans California will make its debut over at Commune.

We all know that being part of Team Pacquiao means being part of MP’s inner circle. And who doesn’t wanna be a part of that? MP knows how to take care of his people and in return treat him like the best thing on earth since sliced bread. But amidst all the accolades, Manny knows that he wants everyone to be a part of his team. Enter Team Pacquiao. I swung by Robinson’s Galleria a week ago and saw this. Talk about making money off MP’s success. But I’m not hating. Manny’s been the source of joy and happiness of most Filipinos and repping him is the least you can do for his adventures on the squared circle.

Rep Team Pilipinas with Nike’s brand new country kits. From the jerseys (1,895 php), shorts (1,695 php) and shooting shirts (1,195 php), they are now available in-store at Titan. Another thing you should know about Titan is that they have jersey printing in store. Just add 150 php to your Team Pilipinas jersey and get your own number ironed on! This is exclusive to Titan so do drop by and get your jersey on!

Titan also carries some Team USA kits in-store. The shorts are amazing! If I didn’t rep Team Pilipinas, I’d definitely rock the USA kit from the get go.

And you thought it was done. Yes, Titan’s got some Nike Basketball exclusives. A few months back, Kobe Vs Rice HS Aways dropped. This time around it’s the home version. This time around, you can cop the Rice HS Homes beginning tomorrow, September 1, over at Titan. If you’re still a fan of ‘Bron (but not a fan of his offseason decisions), a Soldier IV done in Christ the King colors. Clean colorways for both superstar signatures.

As we’re still on the HS tip, Kobe and LeBron’s High Schools ofcourse get their special colorways. After being around them, I really am getting into the groove with the festivities. I was at the Press conference as well as their Practice session yesterday and they were all amazing. A couple of things that got me- all our PBA legends can shoot, and when I say shoot, and I mean shoot. The same goes for Glen Rice- who was strokin’ it from all over the court during practice. the D-Leaguers can all play as well. And it was great to see CWebb and GP back on the floor again.
