I dropped by urbanAthletics a while back and checked out the new stuff they have in store. You really to check the whole store out to see their offering. From apparel to kicks to bags and things, uA seems to have something new every week. Here’re my picks from their latest release. Zuriick’s been a relative unknow in the Phils but the stuff’s great. It’s affordable (compared to similar counterparts), clean and functional. uA’s got a lot of models and colors at hand, drop by and check ‘em out.

Keds. A classic. I’m sure most, if not all of us had a pair of Keds growing up. They tried going “modern” a few years back and didn’t really work out. The classics work. Though they took a page from the big guns by mixing the old with the new, as their classic Keds are now fused with Gel-Flex. Try ‘em out and check out their other offerings.

Energie’s canvas kicks are pretty kick ass. The rough and tumble look works these days and they fit real well. Like their jeans, the shoe gets the worn in look, but trust me, they’re brand new.

Last but certainly not the least, Converse. I know I’ve bashed the Chucks time and time again, but at least Converse is bringing more of the other stuff. Anybody can wear Chucks. If you own a pair, I don’t blame you. Ok, I might blame you a little bit. But do try out the other pairs they have in store. I’d rock the star and chevron any day if they looked more like the ones you see below. Drop on by urbanAthletics and make it a habit to check the store out often (weekly if possible).
