Although, we’ve been supporting our friends over at H-Town Sneaker Summit for years (and vice versa), this was our first time attending HTSS – or being in Houston for that matter! Premium Shoe Cleaner manufacturer, Jason Markk, collaborates with world famous DJ/Producer/Sneaker lover/CRSVR Co-owner, Vice, to create a limited edition travel shoe cleaning kit.

“The theme of the project revolved around travel and Vice’s jet set lifestyle”, says Jason.  “Being a world-renowned DJ/Producer, it is not unusual for Vice to be on a plane 4-5 days out of the week.  We wanted to incorporate the travel/jet set theme not only aesthetically, but making certain the kit was functional from a travel standpoint as well.”

Contents of the kit include 2 oz. Premium Shoe Cleaner (carry-on friendly), mini versions of both Standard & Premium wood cleaning brushes and come housed in the classic hardshell DJ needle case.  Each kit is individually numbered and comes complete with illustrated instructions.  Only 380 pieces were created.

The Jason Markk x Vice “Jet Set Kit” releases on Valentines Day, 2/14, in Las Vegas and will retail for $35/kit.  The release party, “Love Your Shoes”, hosted by CRSVR (located inside The Cosmopolitan), takes place from 8-10 pm.
