The one day where hoopsters trade in their sneaks for some leather. The one day where you can say your life will turn into a fairy tale. The one day where suits matter. The 2009 NBA Draft. In two days. Only on Basketball TV. The 4.5 hour draft officially starts at 7:30 but you can catch the Live Pre-Draft show at 6:00 am the same day. Also, Throughout the whole week, relive the great moments of past drafts and NBA TV’s division draft reviews hosted by Rick Kamla.
To get you glued on to the NBA even after the Finals, a couple of trades have gone down or have been agreed upon in principle since:
- Jason Kapono (TOR) traded to for Reggie Evans (PHI)
- Bruce Bowen, Fabricio Oberto and Kurt Thomas (SAS) for Richard Jefferson (MIL)
- Amir Johnson (DET) for Fabricio Oberto (MIL)
- Randy Foye and Mike Miller (MIN) for Etan Thomas, Oleksiy Pecherov, Darius Songaila and the 5th pick (WAS)
