what the hell are these?

I’ve yet to talk to my adidas reps about these unannounced off season releases. First there were those TS Lightning Creator LOs for Gilbert Arenas (Make it Rain), then a TS Lightning Creator with the clouds on the side, and now these. Don’t get me wrong, these releases are all hot. But what do they stand for? Even I don’t know.

There are two new ones that sprouted at the Adidas Performance store over at Trinoma (the Greenbelt branch should have them too). The Bounce Commander carries a colorway I can’t place and an endorser I can’t decipher. RJ? Am I slipping? It can’t be Richard Jefferson because first of all he’s not an adidas guy, two- he’s not asian, and three, those aren’t the colorways of neither the Bucks or the Spurs. The red inner lining has some asian symbols dragon designs printed in gold.

The second pair is another TS Lightning Creator. I believe this goes together with the first pair I saw from a month back. This carries the same colorway but now with the sun on the ankle panels rather than the clouds in the previous release. Could it be a summer release for the US? I don’t know.

I’m stumped. Adidas– Help!
