The OAMC x adidas TYPE O-1 is a 2020 go-to sneaker

It’s only the 2nd weekend of 2020 and the brands aren’t messing around. After announcing the Superstar’s 50th anniversary and the all-new tennis sneaker, the Stycon, adidas Originals adds another one by way of their latest collaboration with Parisian-based street-luxe brand OAMC.

To kick off 2020, adidas Originals and OAMC go more low-key (but ultra wearable) tones with their TYPE O-1 silhouette. With its tonal off-white ensemble, the shoe continues to echo the brand’s utilitarian character. For those not familiar, the TYPE O-1 features the midsole of the Supercourt RX but pairing it with a trail-friendly outsole. The additional wrap-around strap definitely adds detail to this road-to-runway silhouette. Another interesting design element is the displaced pull tab, which sits around the lateral side. Lastly, OAMC branding can be seen around collar and the shoe’s insole.

The OAMC x adidas TYPE O-1 is now available via adidas.com.ph, with the shoe retailing for Php 17,000.
