Out Now: adidas UltraBOOST v.1 ‘Rainbow’

Since 2015, the adidas UltraBoost stakes claim as the ultimate running shoe from the Brand with the Three Stripes. Whether they changed Primeknit techniques or created numerous iterations, the sneaker has been a fan favorite. As we are nearing the end of 2018, the UltraBoost is at a crossroads. We’ve seen leaks of the 2019 edition and it’s definitely a jump off their traditional silhouette. With that, adidas has been re-relasing the sneaker’s greatest hits over the past few months. From the V2s last August to the Olympic Pack that dropped last weekend, adidas just dropped another favorite earlier today. Today, we’re getting a re-issue of the UltraBoost V.1 ‘Rainbow’ or ‘CNY’. Initially released as a Chinese New Year colorway, this 2018 iteration is made with the same Primeknit pattern as the original release. The CNY label is absent from this version but replaced with general adidas UltraBoost tongue tag.

We weren’t supposed to post these anymore as we were expecting them to fly off the shelves. But it’s 9pm and there’s still a good size run up on the adidas PH site.
