ICYMI: Craig Green x adidas Originals

Back in January, adidas Originals and London-based designer Craig Green unveiled their first collaboration. This season, the two teamed up again, this time using ‘ghost layers’ to the silhouettes.

Celebrating the various icons of adidas, Green merged these classic style in such a manner with the translucent layers. The two styles come together, offering new form and function. The CG Polta AKH I combines the Boston Super and Samba into one. With the translucent layer, you’ll see the two designs come as one, finished off with the sole unit of the recent cult classic Kamanda.

The second shoe is the CG Graddfa AKH, which uses the Kamanda’s outsole run throughout the shoe, even the upper. The translcuent design echoes a skin that resembles the scales of a reptile.

The Craig Green x adidas Originals collection is now available via the adidas web store with each pair retailing for Php 18,000.
