adidas quietly released the D ROSE 9 this July

Five years ago, Derrick Rose was the centerpiece of the adidas Baketball program. Unfortunately, injuries riddled the kid from South side of Chicago and the brand had to look elsewhere. Despite a lackluster stint in Cleveland, Rose got his groove back playing with his old coach and teammates in Minnesota. Could this be a rebirth for Rose and the D Rose line?

As they released their Summer Pack across several silhouettes, adidas quietly released Derrick Rose’s 9th sneaker — the D Rose 9. The latest sneaker features a knitted upper with a sock-like construction for a better fit. Following suit with the Dame line, the D Rose 9 uses Bounce cushioning and Adiwear for better grip and durability. In terms of aesthetics, the shoe features a vertical three stripes on the heel, rope laces and the same multicolor graphic pattern we’ve seen on the insole of the pairs from the Summer Pack.

The adidas D Rose “Summer Pack” is now available at Titan (Fort / Conrad / Alabang / UPTC / Titan22.com) and adidas PH online. The shoe retails for Php 6,500.
