adidas Originals and Eric Emanuel release a new floral collection this April

Sportswear designer Eric Emanuel first partnered with adidas Originals last season with his rendition of the Crazy BYW and Rivalry Hi to go with a collection of apparel to boot. For those aren’t too familiar with Emanuel, his first stint into fashion was with custom versions of jerseys for celebrities and influencers. This season, his latest collaboration continues this story with the apparel pieces and iconic footwear, with basketball being the key story. As a child, Emanuel would travel to games and always looked forward to staying in hotels during these trips. During these trips, he was exposed to a world much bigger than him and that’s where his life transitioned from basketball to fashion.

For this collection, a faded floral pattern is seen throughout, a memory based on one of the hotels Emanuel stayed in back in the day. The pattern is set against sand hues across several pieces and the Rivalry Hi.
