Happy Chinese New Year! Yes, today is the Eve of the New Year but here’s a shoe you might want to wear in celebration of the New Year. Dwight Howard’s latest signature shoe, the D Howard Light is now available, done in a special Year of the Snake/CNY colorway. Unlike the Crazy Light 2 and Rose 3.5, which patterned their colors with the Water Snake in mind, Howard’s new ride is done in a tonal red upper with a snake/scale texture to give the shoe some extra depth. Black and gold highlights throughout the shoe provide great contrast to the sea of red. Dwight’s signature is on the shoe’s collar and the logo DHUP on the tongue.

One thing to take away from the shoe aside from the special colorway is the shoe’s weight. This is by far Dwight’s lightest shoe ever. Z-Torsion on the midsole provides the right type of flexibility for a player as agile and mobile as DH12.
