adidas Consortium x Overkill ZX 10000 C drops this week

Posted on May 6, 2019 in Adidas

We’ve been waiting for these.

adidas Consortium’s been working with retailers and collectives to create amazing takes on iconic silhouettes for today’s market. This week, we’re getting their most recent collaboration with Germany’s Overkill and their rendition of the ZX 10000C. Since 2003, Overkill’s been a hub for all things sneaker/streetwear related. One of the store’s co-owners, Marc Leuschner, is a fan of the ZX range and it made sense for them to create their own rendition of the current ZX model. Going with a more subdued color palette, the new ZX 10000C features grey, magenta and blue throughout its upper. The colors look a lot like the gaming consoles from back in the day, which started popping up right around the same time the ZX line first came about.

The mesh underlays, webbed Three Stripes go well with the premium suede overlays and TPU detailing on the ghilly and heel. The all-new adidas Consortium Overkill ZX 10000C is now available at Commonwealth Rockwell on a first come, first serve basis.
